A management scheme is individually tailored to each development and is implemented by a dedicated development manager providing continuity and clear lines of communication between leaseholder and estate manager.

Our service includes:
preparation of service charge budgets
preparation of year end service charge accounts
service charge collection including vigorously pursuing debtors
site visits at least monthly and more frequently as required
appointment and continual assessment of service contractors
arranging buildings insurance and handling of claims
attendance and minuting of AGMs, EGMs and other residents meetings
